Key ResponsibilitiesManage carrier setup, onboarding, and maintenance within the Transportation Management System (TMS).Verify carrier compliance including insurance, safety ratings, contracts, and regulatory documentation.
Serve as liaison between carriers and internal operations teams to support successful load execution.
Proactively identify and resolve service issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in TMS and internal systems while ensuring adherence to company policies and FMCSA regulations.
