Full Job Description Position Summary:
Performs administrative support tasks for one or more executives in the organization. Would be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Prepares routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memorandum, and reports, furnishing information, scheduling meetings and preparing agendas.
Responsibilities of Position:
Will represent the company in a professional, ethical and courteous manner in all relationships whether internal or external to the company. Will communicate clearly and accurately both verbally and in writing both internally and externally. Extensive analysis in the applicable discipline using excellent computer skills based on Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Power Point, and the ability to develop unique spreadsheets and presentations. Ability to work in and control a very fast paced, multi‑tasking and highly confidential environment. Ability to handle frequently changing calendars, meeting activities and constantly changing priorities. Ability to organize complex national and global travel requirements. Ability to complete online processes; HR, Facilities, IT, Expenses, etc. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Skill Requirements:
Absolute confidentiality. Computer literacy, typing and grammatical skills at the highest level. Familiar with the operations of a major business environment. Ability to interface confidently with all departments and units within TI worldwide. Self‑motivated, flexible and detail oriented.
Experience Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a relatable position.
Licensing or Special Certification Requirements:
Valid drivers' license. Notary public commission helpful, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time. Ability to tolerate stress
Working Conditions:
Occasionally lifts and carries up to 15 pounds. Some of work time is spent standing, walking, lifting and bending.
