Full Job Description Duties/Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the location and guide vehicles into the carwash. Assists customers with questions pertaining to wash packages, the unlimited program, and using pay stations or self-serve facilities, if applicable. Processing monthly unlimited contracts/sales and assist with on site cancellation requests Maintain site cleanliness by removing trash, cleaning equipment and vacuum area. Attend regular staff meetings. Interacting with coworkers and management. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate equipment and use point of sale software. Knowledgeable about company's products and services, and customer-related policies. Motivated in fast paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods standing and working in outdoor environment. May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time.
