Oil & Gas Environmental Construction Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated bilingual Customer Service & Sales Caller to support our oilfield equipment rental and sales operations. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident on the phone, and comfortable speaking with supervisors, managers, and procurement teams within the oilfield, construction, and environmental sectors. This role is essential for generating leads, making outbound calls, updating customer information, and supporting daily office tasks. Responsibilities Make outbound sales calls to companies in Oil & Gas, Environmental Services, Municipalities, Construction, and related industries. Present our services: oilfield equipment rental and sales, transportation logistics, and related equipment. Build and maintain a lead database (training provided). Schedule callbacks, follow-ups, and send basic service information. Assist with office duties (emails, data entry, administrative support). Represent Rosewood Oilfield with professionalism and strong communication.

Requirements Bilingual:

Fluent English & Spanish (mandatory).

Phone-confident:

Comfortable making calls throughout the day. Preferred experience in sales, customer service, dispatch, or oilfield-related roles. Must work on-site at our Weslaco yard (not remote). Reliable, punctual, organized, and proactive. Willing to learn about oilfield equipment and operations (training provided). Compensation Hourly pay starting at minimum wage, with potential increase based on performance. Bonus incentives available based on results.
