In this vital role, you will serve as the frontline liaison between healthcare providers and our organization, ensuring seamless communication, efficient data management, and exceptional customer service. Your energetic approach will help foster strong relationships with providers, coordinate service delivery, and support operational excellence across multiple locations. Duties Act as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm Coordinate provider appointments, service schedules, and follow-up activities to ensure timely delivery of services Maintain accurate and up-to-date provider records through meticulous data entry and management using computer systems Assist in onboarding new providers by providing clear information about procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance standards Support providers with medical terminology clarification and documentation processes to facilitate smooth operations Conduct regular analysis of provider data to identify trends, discrepancies, or areas for process improvement Ensure excellent phone etiquette and customer service at all times, fostering positive relationships with providers and internal teams Requirements 2 year experience in provider services field to bring in clients and grow the caseload Proven experience in a medical office environment or healthcare-related customer service role Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes Bilingual skills in English plus another language are highly desirable to serve diverse provider populations Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively liaise with providers and team members Proficiency in computer skills including data entry, record keeping, and basic analysis tools Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated understanding of phone etiquette and professional customer service standards Previous experience working with medical offices or healthcare providers is preferred; analysis skills are a plus Join us as a Field Coordinator for Provider Services and be part of a passionate team committed to delivering outstanding healthcare support.
