  • In Office
  • Monday
  • Friday
  • 8:00 AM
  • 4:30 PM
  • Candidates will take inbound calls and emails regarding our products (Mini Bikes, Go Karts, ATV's, etc.) and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Serve as a primary contact for customer communication and issues, while ensuring the customers' needs are met.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently-Manage the workflow in detail, according to established protocol.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or to provide additional information
  • Ensure all customer data is entered and updated in our system
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. ```Qualifications```
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with professionalism
