In this role, you'll work face-to-face with customers inside major retail locations, helping promote energy solutions and enrolling qualified customers into new services. No previous experience is required — we provide hands-on training and ongoing support. We are looking for candidates who are: Outgoing and confident communicating with customers Reliable and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment Looking for long-term growth opportunities Motivated to learn sales, marketing, and leadership skills
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers inside retail locations Explain current energy programs and promotions Help customers complete account enrollment Provide excellent customer service Maintain product and promotional knowledge Work with team members to hit daily and weekly goals
