Customer Service Sales Agent Big Fireworks Mission, TX Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Seasonal From $9 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Supermarket experience Customer communication Outdoor work Cleaning Grocery store Retail management Full Job Description Job Overview Seasonal work non negotiables must be willing to work majority of the day on the 4th and 5th of July. This job starts towards the end of June and last till July 6th. If you have a passion for fireworks or making people smile this is the job for you. Come join our fun and dynamic team. Pays cash at the end of the season as well. If you work well you will get re hired in December for 2 weeks again. If you have a second job I will work with your work schedule super flexible job for only a weeks worth of work that pays in cash at the end of the season. Must be willing to work outside in the heat you wont be under the direct sun you will be in the shade 95 percent of the time but it is the summer it will be hot out regardless. Duties
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with their inquiries and purchases
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
  • Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
  • Supervise and train new staff members on sales procedures
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets Experience
  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a grocery store setting
  • Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Knowledge of stocking procedures and inventory management is a plus
