Must have Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license. Our Customer Service professionals are responsible for delivering the highest standards of quality and care to our customers ensuring complete satisfaction with every interaction. Duties include answering customer questions, processing payments and policy changes and performing policy reviews along with identifying additional customer policy needs. So if you're eager to assist customers, find a solution that works best for each situation and be that helpful voice on the other end of the line - then this job is for you! Job Requirements Must have Texas General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance license. 1+ years insurance customer service experience preferred. Proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up. Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations. Strong communication skills, both oral and written Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial. Allstate experience and binding authority is beneficial. Job Responsibilities Perform daily policy service transactions. Immediately answer all customer calls, emails and texts in a friendly and helpful manner. Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity with other insurance and financial products. Be outstanding at relationship building.
