Call Center Representative

Responsibilities Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for callers. Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records. Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Communicate clearly with customers in English, and if applicable, utilize bilingual or multilingual skills to assist non-English speaking customers. Familiarize yourself with medical terminology to assist customers in health-related inquiries. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple software applications efficiently. Excellent verbal communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening abilities. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers. Familiarity with medical terminology is advantageous but not required. Ability to analyze information quickly and communicate solutions effectively. Strong attention to detail with data entry tasks.
