Pasadena, TX Full-Time | Direct Hire $18-20/hr. About the Role We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Representative with proven experience and a stable work history to support a fast-paced, customer-focused team. This role supports a client in the insurance industry , and training will be provided on internal systems, products, and processes. We're looking for someone who can confidently handle customer needs, resolve issues independently, and contribute to a high-quality service environment. Key Responsibilities Provide professional customer support in both English and Spanish Handle a high volume of customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Assist with account updates, documentation, and follow-ups Navigate multiple systems while maintaining accuracy Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish & English (professional level required) 3+ years of customer service experience Stable work history (2+ years in at least one role preferred) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable in a fast-paced environment Preferred Backgrounds Call center, banking, healthcare, or customer support environments Experience handling high-volume interactions If your background aligns with this role, please submit your application.
