Role:
Danners Incorporated is seeking a customer service-oriented Escort Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support our maritime operations. The ideal candidate is courteous, works well under pressure, and can complete tasks in a detailed and safe manner. This position offers the opportunity to work and grow in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the efficient operation of our team.
What You'll Do:
Perform dispatch and customer service duties in a maritime operations environment. Work courteously and professionally under pressure. Complete tasks in a detailed and safe manner. Contribute to the efficient operation of maritime operations. Occasionally drive vehicles as needed. The company is
Looking For:
High school diploma or GED. Minimum 2 years of dispatcher experience. Maritime industry experience (preferred). Customer service-oriented attitude. Ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Must have a TWIC card in hand (required) Valid Class C driver's license (occasional driving company vehicle required).
Background Requirements:
