Role:

As a Service Advisor at Houston Motorsports, you will serve as the primary liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the vehicle maintenance and repair process. Minimum Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in automotive or powersports service advising. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer systems and service management software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a powersports dealership or similar environment. Familiarity with manufacturer service guidelines and warranty procedures Ability to read and interpret technical service manuals and repair orders. Bilingual skills to assist a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their service needs and concerns. Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal workflow for the service team. Prepare accurate service estimates and explain recommended repairs or maintenance to customers. Coordinate with technicians to monitor repair progress and update customers accordingly. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service orders, and vehicle histories. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues to ensure satisfaction. Promote additional services or products that meet customer needs and enhance their experience. Collaborate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary components for repairs.
