If you feel you are a people person, hard working, a self starter, with a love for animals, this position may be for you. Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Manage customer accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date within our systems. Utilize Salesforce to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) practices. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services. Conduct thorough analysis of customer feedback to improve service delivery and enhance client experiences. Provide insights into market trends and customer preferences to assist in strategic planning. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Experience Proven experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong focus on sales and account management. Familiarity with project management principles to effectively handle multiple tasks and priorities. Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software; experience in SaaS environments is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess data and draw actionable insights for continuous improvement. Background in financial services is advantageous but not mandatory.
