In this role, you will assist homeowners, contractors, and designers by researching order details, providing updates, and helping resolve questions or concerns. Requirements Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact by prioritizing inbound Customer Service phone calls.
• Accurately document, create, and maintain customer experience cases in accordance with established performance guidelines.
• Deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience during every interaction, whether by phone or email.
• Research order details and provide accurate updates to customers.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience.
• Maintain professionalism and organization while handling multiple customer cases. Skills & Qualifications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems while multitasking.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately document customer interactions.

Starting Wage:

Up to $14.00/hour Includes $11.00/hour base pay + $3.00/hour average commission Commission based on attendance, productivity, lead time, and order quality Benefits
