Role:
A well-established North Texas law firm is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Support Associate to join our team. This role is critical to creating a positive first impression of our firm and supporting prospective clients during some of the most difficult times in their lives. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, interviewing potential clients, verifying their information, and determining the viability of new cases. You'll play a key role in connecting clients with the legal support they need—while maintaining empathy, professionalism, and efficiency throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to prospective client inquiries via phone and other communication channels Interview and collect detailed client information with care and accuracy Evaluate potential leads and determine case eligibility Provide clear and compassionate guidance to prospective clients Effectively communicate the value of retaining our firm's services Accurately input data and maintain records Collaborate closely with the legal and intake teams
Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Required Valid driver's license
  • Required Experience in Customer Service and/or Sales
  • Preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and empathetic listening skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations Comfortable working flexible hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Word Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
