CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
At Sprinkled With Pink, we believe every interaction matters. We're looking for a Customer Service Associate who loves helping people, solving problems, and creating memorable customer experiences. Sprinkled With Pink is a fast-growing, female-founded, Dallas-based brand personalizing products that spark connection and make moments unforgettable. With over 500,000 products handmade and 20,000+ five-star reviews, we're looking for someone who will own the customer experience from start to finish and serve as the voice of the customer within our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, organized, proactive, and genuinely enjoys helping customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, partnering with teams across the company to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service. Our business is located in Richardson, TX, and this position is based in-office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service Ownership Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries across email, phone, chat, Etsy, Shopify, and social media. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through prompt communication, problem solving, and thoughtful resolutions. Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours and handle escalated situations with empathy, urgency, and sound judgment. Review customer feedback and proactively reach out to customers who have had less-than-perfect experiences. Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback and trends with the SWP team. Problem Solving & Process Improvement Identify recurring customer issues and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions Create and improve customer service processes, templates, and workflows. Help build scalable systems, including AI-powered solutions, that support company growth while maintaining a personalized customer experience. Work closely with production, shipping, marketing, and leadership teams to resolve issues and support business initiatives. Product Expertise Develop deep knowledge of our products, personalization options, and embroidery processes. Confidently answer customer questions and guide customers toward products not just product features, but the real-life use cases and benefits of each item. Serve as a trusted shopping resource by communicating product features, benefits, and real-world use cases. Reporting & Performance Track key customer service metrics including response times, customer satisfaction, reviews, order error rates, and recurring issues. Maintain a strong understanding of customer sentiment and provide recommendations for improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of customer service experience E-commerce or consumer products experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage a high volume of conversations while maintaining quality Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant oversight Technology savvy and comfortable learning new systems quickly Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to make thoughtful recommendations Empathetic, relatable communicator who enjoys helping people Experience with Shopify, Etsy, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar platforms is a plus
