Job Description
Hwy 276 Self Stor-N-More is a local mail and shipping center, servicing USPS, FedEx and DHL. Additionally we operate a Self Storage facility. We are looking for a part time cashier/customer service representative to work Monday - Friday in the afternoons, (25 Hours a week). The right candidate will provide product/services information and resolve customer questions, with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSR's are excited to help customers. They're patient, empathetic, good problem solvers and have excellent communication skills. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and in person customers Assist customers with all shipping needs. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication Maintain accurate, and complete customer information by using the right methods/tools Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Skills Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Suites programs (Word, Excel) Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative Strong phone skills Familiarity with Point of Sale operations, cash handling, and credit card processors Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively High school degree
