General Manager Position Summary The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers at our car wash facility. This role is responsible for greeting customers, explaining services and packages, recommending appropriate wash options, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from arrival to departure. The Service Advisor plays a key role in driving sales, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting daily operations. Key Responsibilities Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Explain available wash packages, memberships, and detailing services Recommend services based on customer needs Process transactions accurately Promote membership programs Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints promptly Ensure accurate vehicle information Follow company policies, safety standards, and procedures Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic computer skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Required Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude Sales-driven mindset Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Team-oriented and dependable Physical Requirements Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage + commission/bonus opportunities (if applicable) Employee discounts on services Opportunities for advancement
