The Role:
We're the Official Repair Service Partner for Samsung, Google, Verizon, AT&T, Dell and Asurion. We're hiring skilled, service-focused technicians to be the "Face of the House." You'll diagnose and repair devices, and you are required to offer and enroll customers in protection plans and recommend accessories when appropriate. Prior repair experience helpful but not required — we provide full training and certification.

What You'll Do:
Consult (80%): Greet customers, listen, diagnose issues, recommend the right repair, accessory, or protection plan, and complete enrollment when the customer chooses protection. Repair (20%): Learn to fix screens, batteries, and components on current devices.

Keep the front desk organized, customers informed, and records accurate.
