Call Center/Customer Service Key Responsibilities Answer inbound and make outbound calls to customers, addressing questions, concerns, and complaints. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex problems to appropriate departments, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, updating databases and CRM systems.
