This is a full-time opportunity with a steady schedule, supportive team environment, and long-term potential for the right candidate. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting customers in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers by phone, email, and in person Help walk-in customers with orders, questions, and product support Enter and manage orders accurately using company systems Verify order details before fulfillment Maintain a professional, friendly, customer-service-focused attitude Support daily operations and team needs as needed
Requirements:
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Must be at least 18 years old Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn Must be able to work full-time schedule — no part-time availability Professional appearance and attitude required Experience working with industrial, warehouse, construction, or contractor customers is a plus
