We're expanding and looking for reliable and energetic team members to help operate our newest location in Galveston.
Position Summary:
We are currently hiring full-time Bolt Scooter Representatives to support the daily operations of our Galveston rental location. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate the front register to assist customers with scooter and bike rentals Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the rental process Manage inventory of scooters, chargers, helmets, and other rental equipment Perform basic maintenance checks and prepare scooters for customer use Assist in day-to-day operations, including opening/closing the location and maintaining a clean, organized workspace
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Basic computer or POS system experience preferred Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Schedule:
Full-time; up to 40 hours per week (shifts may vary based on business needs) Store operates 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 2:00 AM Open on all holidays
