Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding service to ensure a positive shopping experience Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for cash handling, credit card transactions, and receipts Assist customers with product demos and answer questions about merchandise to encourage engagement and sales Upsell related products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining transparency Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising and stocking practices Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or taking inquiries Manage cash register operations efficiently while adhering to cash handling procedures and retail math standards Qualifications Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred.
