• $85,000 per year Sterling Diesel didn't start in a big facility with steady traffic.

It started in a driveway, building trucks for customers one at a time. It pushed through two major floods, rebuilt, expanded, and kept growing. Now it's a high-volume diesel shop with a strong reputation, a loyal customer base, and a team that takes pride in what they do. We're looking for a Service Advisor who wants to be part of that kind of environment. Someone who can step in, take ownership of the front, and help keep things moving the right way. What the shop is like This is a fast-paced shop. There's always something going on. But it's not disorganized or corporate. The team works hard, jokes with each other, and backs each other up. Techs help techs. Advisors support the shop. Everyone pulls in the same direction. You won't be micromanaged here. You will be expected to show up, communicate, and take care of your role. What you'll be doing Greet customers and guide them through the repair process Explain repairs in a way that actually makes sense Keep communication clear between customers and technicians Help manage workflow and keep jobs moving Support sales and overall shop performance This role matters. You're not just answering phones, you're helping shape the customer experience and the flow of the shop. What we're looking for Previous service advisor experience Strong communication skills Patience with customers who don't understand vehicles Ability to stay organized in a fast-moving environment Someone who follows through and doesn't let things slip Spanish-speaking is preferred, but not required Schedule Monday

• 5:00 PM One Saturday/month What you get $60,000
• $85,000 per year depending on experience Paid time off 1 week after 90 days 2 weeks after 1 year Paid federal holidays Paid sick time Health insurance available at a discounted group rate The shop 7-bay facility 6 technicians High diesel volume (Duramax specialty, but we work on everything) 20-30 trucks per day on average Modern tools and systems including TekMetric Why this role is open The shop is growing, and the front needs someone strong who can help support customers, improve communication, and keep everything running smoothly.
