As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the welcoming face of our store, helping collectors find their next favorite piece while keeping the shop organized, exciting, and running smoothly. Whether you're a longtime Funko fan or new to the hobby, we value positive attitudes, strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow with our team. Duties Greet customers warmly and create a fun, welcoming shopping experience Assist guests in finding Funko Pops, collectibles, and store merchandise Answer questions about products, exclusives, restocks, and promotions Operate the point-of-sale system to process purchases accurately Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly Maintain clean, organized displays and restock shelves as needed Inspect items for condition and assist with inventory organization Help manage incoming shipments and store inventory Stay knowledgeable about current releases, popular lines, and trends Support special events, promotions, and community engagement Qualifications Strong knowledge of Funko Pop collectibles is required Good knowledge of Pokemon Cards is a big plus Understanding or rarity, exclusives, vaulted items, and condition grading. Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills Passion for collectibles, pop culture, gaming, anime, or similar hobbies Willingness to learn about Funko products and store operations Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic math skills and attention to detail for transactions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when needed Retail experience is required Positive attitude and professional behavior, even during busy periods
