Full-Time (30+ hours), Permanent Career Path Trainee Start in our 5-week paid training program, then earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker Certified Pawnbroker Complete our certification program and earn an additional $1/hour Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Manager) Grow your skills and take on leadership Store Manager in Training Enter a 12-week program to learn how to run your own store What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Process sales, loans, and extensions Negotiate mutually satisfying agreements on pawn items (jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools, firearms, and more) Perform opening and closing store duties Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment The company is looking for: High school diploma or GED 1 year of customer service, cashier, or retail experience Self-motivated with a positive, outgoing personality Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of commonly pawned items is a plus Sales background is a plus Bilingual skills are a plus
