This position is responsible for taking meal orders, assisting customers with menu selections, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced healthcare/food service environment.

Position Details:

Full-Time Schedule:

Monday-Friday and every other weekend 7:00 AM - 3:30

PM Pay:

$15.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and take meal orders accurately Assist customers/patients with menu choices and dietary requests Enter orders into the system and verify order accuracy Provide friendly and professional customer service Communicate effectively with kitchen and food service staff Resolve customer concerns in a courteous manner Maintain confidentiality and follow food safety guidelines Perform additional administrative or food service support duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Previous customer service or food service experience preferred Reliable attendance and professional attitude
