In this energetic role, you'll deliver exceptional customer service by guiding clients through their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document their needs to facilitate efficient service appointments. Explain recommended repairs and maintenance services clearly, providing detailed auto estimating and service writing to ensure customer understanding. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, monitor progress, and communicate updates effectively throughout the service process. Manage cash handling procedures accurately while processing payments and issuing receipts promptly. Maintain thorough records of service orders, vehicle histories, and repair details for future reference. Foster strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to addressing questions or concerns. Qualifications . Hands-on mechanic experience or automotive diagnostics background is highly desirable. Strong mechanical knowledge across various systems including transmissions, brakes, suspensions, tires, diesel engines, shocks & struts, oil changes, alignments, and auto body repairs. Experience in auto estimating software and service writing is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
