Job Description

Ai United insurance is hiring dependable, bilingual ( English and Spanish speaking ) Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service / Agents . No experience required but preferred. You need to be able to work in a professional setting, have your own reliable transportation, and be available to work Monday & Friday 9 am
  • 7 pm, Tue, Wed & Thrs 9am
  • 6pm and Saturdays 10am
  • 5pm.

Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Need to be Bilingual

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
Basic computer knowledge; ability to type 20+ WPM Possess strong interpersonal skills Be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally Be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently Be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality Be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback Insurance Sales Agent / Customer Service Representative Education /
Licensing:
High School Diploma or GED 0
  • 6 months Customer Service / Insurance / Sales Experience (Preferred) Valid County Mutual License
  • Preferred Valid Limited Lines License
  • Preferred Valid Property & Casualty License in Texas
  • Preferred While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 20 pounds.
