Description:
Apple Sport is looking for an outgoing, responsible individuals with a positive mindset that has great customer service skills. If you are looking for a great career in the automotive service industry and like helping people, look no further. Responsibilities and Duties As an automotive service advisor you will: Greet customers, perform accurate vehicle walkarounds and listen to descriptions of vehicle concerns and effectively describe concerns on repair orders for Technicians. Verify service schedules and maintenance records to properly recommend vehicle maintenance needs. Verify warranty and service contract coverage and review with customer. Create accurate estimates after technician inspections and present to customer for approval. Maintain constant communication with customers during the vehicle repair process.
