Job Description:
An automotive service advisor acts as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians, ensuring effective communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction :
Greet customers, listen to their concerns, and gather information about their vehicle issues. Provide clear explanations of repair needs and associated costs.
Documentation :
Record customer information and vehicle issues accurately, passing this information to the service technicians for further action.

Advise customers on necessary maintenance and repair services, ensuring they understand the benefits and costs involved.
Scheduling :
Manage the service schedule, coordinating appointments based on technician availability and customer needs to optimize workflow and reduce wait times.
Follow-Up :
Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs and any changes in service recommendations or costs.
Sales :
Upsell additional services and products that may enhance vehicle performance while respecting the customer's budget and preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications Customer Service Skills :
