On-Site (Austin, TX) Position Summary USA Quality Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented IPA Administration Representative to join our Provider Administration team. This position is responsible for processing network updates, maintaining provider data accuracy, and supporting a variety of administrative and operational tasks within the department. This role requires strong communication skills and interaction with providers, facilities, and internal departments by phone and email. While phone usage is not the primary daily function, candidates must demonstrate strong phone etiquette and the ability to confidently handle inbound or outbound calls when needed. This position also includes cross-training within multiple functions of the Provider Administration Department to support operational needs and provide professional development opportunities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Process IPA network updates using Microsoft Word, Excel, and related systems. Maintain accurate provider data and update internal tracking logs. Communicate with IPA contacts via email, phone, and fax as needed. Manage multiple assignments and time-sensitive projects. Prepare and maintain production reports. Process and organize departmental communications through Microsoft Outlook. Participate in inbound and outbound call projects as needed. Assist with Provider Administration phone queue inquiries regarding provider and facility contracting questions. Perform Quality Control reviews on pended and non-pended claims. Provide backup support for Customer Care call operations using the SO2 call tracking system when needed. Participate in cross-training across Provider Administration functions. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and company Information Security policies. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Education High School Diploma or GED required. Skills & Experience Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM. Strong data entry and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette required. Must be comfortable handling inbound or outbound calls when needed (phone work is not a primary daily responsibility). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving skills. Willingness to cross-train in multiple Provider Administration functions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Experience Healthcare administration, managed care, provider relations, claims processing, or customer service experience preferred. Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards is a plus.
