Job Description
Seeking a motivated individual with customer service experience and stellar online and computer skills, to join our team.
Responsibilities to include:
- Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Experience selling on online a huge plus.
- Answering and directing phone calls and invoicing customers.
- Processing and shipping phone and online orders.
- Invoice walk in customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and issues via email.
Knowledge and Abilities:
Knowledge of basic computer programs and basic typing abilities including email response and data entry Basic math skills essential Bilingual- Spanish proficiency helpful Attention to detail a must
Pay:
