Our CSR's are the first smiling faces that greet our clients as they arrive with their pets. Our CSR's manage the appointment calendar, phone lines, give lots of love to all of the wagging tails, & ensure that the clinic runs smoothly.

Appreciation Station:

Don't forget to snag a coffee, energy drink, fruit, or tasty treats from our Appreciation Station, stocked weekly to keep our energy fueled & teams happy!

Client Care:

Our CSR's partner with our pet owners. Whether it's scheduling appointments, answering questions, or providing information about how we can help our client's pets, our CSR's handle each interaction with care & professionalism.

Skill Development:

Engage in our Hippo Academy, where you will enjoy continuous learning & training opportunities to expand your skills & knowledge, in all realms of veterinary medicine
