$16.00 per hour
Overview:
NuvoH2O is hiring an in-house Customer Service Specialist to support customer inquiries, ensure accurate data entry, and assist with Customer Service initiatives. You'll help ensure a clear, consistent experience for our customers and improve handoffs between Customer Service and Sales.
Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Service inquiries with professionalism, clear communication, and a solution-focused mindset Perform operational tasks and accurate data entry. Identify gaps in the customer journey and recommend practical process improvements Serve as a Bridge between Customer Service and Sales to support a seamless experience Support basic technical/product troubleshooting and translate details into plain language Document all work in CRM/ticketing tools and share trends with leadership Contribute to SOP/knowledge base updates as processes evolve
Qualifications:
1+ year in Customer Service; retention/escalation experience preferred Strong people skills and a steady, professional demeanor Clear written and verbal communication Comfortable with computers, CRM/ticketing systems, and common communication platforms; spreadsheet skills a plus Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to work independently while collaborating across teams
