Duties Greet clients and visitors at the front desk with professionalism and warmth, creating a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and to appropriate departments or personnel Handle data entry tasks using computer literacy tools Assist with office management duties including filing, proofreading documents, calendar management, and organizing appointments Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, ensuring client satisfaction Support administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and maintaining organized files Perform clerical duties including typing correspondence, updating databases, and supporting bookkeeping activities Requirements Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) Prior experience as a receptionist or in customer service roles such as dental or medical receptionist is highly desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing professional customer support Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail for proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant experience or office experience involving clerical tasks such as typing, proofreading, and time management is advantageous Join us to be part of a vibrant team committed to delivering outstanding service!
