We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Tier II Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, customer interaction, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment. Position Overview The Customer Service Tier II Representative serves as a key support role within the Customer Service department. This position is responsible for assisting customers with troubleshooting, scheduling, account inquiries, service coordination, and monitoring system performance while maintaining a high level of professionalism and communication. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities In this role, you will be expected to: Handle inbound customer calls on a daily basis Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to assist customers effectively Troubleshoot solar system concerns with customers over the phone Handle customer inquiries regarding: Production audits Additional equipment additions Construction-related concerns Power bill reviews Power outage tracking General service-related questions Respond to daily inquiries received through Customer Service email and communication platforms Learn and develop a working knowledge of monitoring systems used to support customer accounts Create service tickets and assign cases to appropriate team specialists under supervisor direction Monitor customer solar systems remotely and assist in identifying potential issues Communicate directly with solar manufacturers regarding equipment or warranty-related concerns Maintain detailed and accurate customer notes within company databases and systems Submit and track equipment replacements, reimbursements, and case updates Maintain professionalism, urgency, and strong communication with both customers and internal departments Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Previous Customer Service experience Customer support or call center experience preferred Escalation handling experience Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Email management and organizational skills Critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities Appointment scheduling experience Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems Experience with photovoltaic (solar) systems is preferred but not required Benefits ES Solar offers: Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) options Advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing industry Supportive team environment and ongoing training opportunities Work Schedule Full-Time Position (40 hours per week) Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM How to Apply Please submit your resume through Indeed for consideration.
