Guest Service Representative

Job Description:

Guest Services Agent Part-time year-round Guest Services Agent needed for Part 135 Operation in beautiful Moab, Utah. We are looking for a self-motivated, enthusiastic, capable individual to join our Guest Services team, located at scenic Canyonlands Field Airport. Duties include, but not limited to, the following: Compose, process and dispatch aircraft flight schedules Manage reservations schedule and records Build and maintain quality relations with clients and partnerships Monitor and coordinate inter-department activity Maintain records in compliance with FAA regulations and standards Identify and drive process improvements Assure records are properly completed and filed Maintain structured and productive work environment

Job Requirements:

Two to four years of related work experience and/or training Strong communication, presentation, and employee management facilitation Modern office and administrative practices and procedures Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals Possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Must be available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Other Skills:

Good verbal and written communication skills Basic typing and computer skills Read and understand technical manuals Teamwork Must be highly motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills
