Location:
Murray, UT | Hybrid available after probationary period
Hours:
Full-Time | 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. MST | Monday-Friday | No Weekends Why Join Us? In this role, you'll help members understand their benefits, answer questions, and provide support when they need it most. Why You'll Love It Here 100% inbound calls — no cold calling or sales Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off On-site training with a supportive team Hybrid work may be available after probation Opportunity to build knowledge and make a meaningful impact What You'll Do Answer inbound calls and assist members with benefit, claims, and coverage questions Review member information including eligibility, authorizations, payments, and coordination of benefits Research concerns and resolve issues with clear, professional communication Document each interaction accurately in internal systems Provide timely service that creates a positive member experience What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required Strong keyboarding skills and comfort using multiple computer systems Clear verbal and written communication Strong attention to detail and organization Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Medical and/or dental insurance experience is a plus EMI Health is an equal opportunity employer as defined by the EEOC.
