Full Job Description Description:
The Scheduling Agent is responsible for communicating with prospective and existing customers through outbound and inbound calls, text messages, and email communication to schedule appointments for the Company's sales team. This role supports customer engagement, appointment coordination, and daily operational support while maintaining a professional and positive customer experience. The Scheduling Agent brings a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and organizational support.
Additional accountabilities include:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to schedule appointments on the sales calendar Respond to inbound phone calls and assist customers professionally and efficiently Communicate with leads and customers through phone calls, text messages, and emails Maintain accurate records, notes, and updates within Company systems Work closely with multiple departments to support customer needs and operational tasks Follow Company scheduling processes, procedures, and communication standards Demonstrate professionalism and consistency in customer communication Maintain accurate scheduling records and appointment documentation Exhibit strong organization, follow-through, and time management skills Support sales and operational teams effectively
Pay Range:
$17
  • 19/hr

Requirements:
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required Contact center or call center experience preferred but not required Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods of time Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn Company systems quickly
