Job Description

Part-Time Assistant Manager (Self Storage) Ogden Self Storage | Ogden, UT Part-time | 18 to 20 hours per week
Pay:
Starting at $14.00 per hour About the Role Ogden Self Storage is hiring a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support day-to-day front office operations. This position is customer-facing and includes sales, rentals, basic administrative work, and light facility upkeep. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working independently, this could be a great fit. Schedule 18 to 20 hours per week during business hours Monday to
Friday:
9:00 AM to 6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Expected to work every other Saturday Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and recommend storage solutions based on customer needs Assist walk-in and phone customers with reservations, rentals, lease paperwork, fees, and insurance options Sell and upsell moving supplies (locks, dust covers, and related items) Keep the office and facility clean and professional (sweeping, mopping, removing debris, cleaning windows) Process cash transactions, balance the cash drawer, and prepare daily deposits Conduct daily unit walks/inspections to confirm availability and maintain security Maintain tenant files (leases, payments, insurance documentation) Use self-storage software to manage daily operations and update customer accounts Assist with collections for past-due accounts Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Sales experience preferred Comfortable using computers and learning new software Ability to complete light cleaning and facility upkeep tasks Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Benefits 401(k) with matching Employee discount Work Location In-person at Ogden Self Storage How to Apply Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter introducing yourself and describing your relevant experience.
