Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-5:00PM Job Overview Our law firm specializes in estate planning and asset protection and are looking for a full-time customer service agent to assist with various tasks and providing customer service for new and existing clients. We will provide on-site training for our products and services. Some of your responsibilities will include data entry projects, working with various states for entity renewals and registrations, and interacting with established clients and new clients. Responsibilities Complete training on systems, products, and services to effectively assist clients. Provide excellent customer service and support to clientele by answering inbound calls, texts, and emails to address their questions and concerns. Help clients in processing payments for product renewals and subscriptions over the phone. Process online orders and payments with appropriate follow-up information. Assist in data-entry projects to update and maintain records. Requirements 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service. A working knowledge of Google tools and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette. Self-motivated and adaptability to changes and new systems. Ability to remain composed and objective. Willingness to learn, adapt and grow in the work environment. Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple systems at once. Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. Professional standards to separate work from personal issues during office hours
