Management Associate

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Management Associate to join our growing rental car team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, customer interaction, and wants to build a career in operations and management.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for customer reservations (fueling, inspecting, and ensuring they are rental-ready) Check in returning vehicles and complete all necessary paperwork Provide excellent customer service at the counter and during vehicle handoff Clean and detail vehicles inside and out to maintain high standards Support daily lot operations and assist with basic administrative tasks Help the management team with inventory tracking and process improvements

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service skills and a positive, self-starter attitude Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Attention to detail and reliability Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Previous experience in customer service, auto detailing, or rental operations is a plus, but not required — we will train the right candidate This role offers a great pathway into management for high performers.
