POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a client/partner service candidate to work with our clients and financial partners to provide exceptional client-centric service in onboarding and maintaining all aspects of their client base. Facilitate internal operations providing middle-back-office support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate competency in all areas of opening new accounts, including forming Alliance-related accounts, structures, and 3rd party accounts for Partners and clients. Facilitate wire transfers and payment requests from Partners and clients. Resolve partner questions and issues efficiently and professionally. Manage accounting and payments as needed for various client and Alliance companies. Support Operations in completing MBO duties, including running and uploading reports and other projects or requests. Facilitate onboarding and maintenance of outside custodial/investment accounts and relationships. Handle Partner and client requests related to relationships with credit card providers, including travel requests and points transfers. Take on special projects as needed by Partner Services or other Alliance entities.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

Required:

Bachelor's degree or similar experience in Family Office or Wealth Management. Availability after-hours for occasional time-sensitive and urgent requests. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. High proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and very comfortable learning new platforms. Same-day responsiveness and accuracy are core expectations; must thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services, client services, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust with Partners and clients at all levels.

Preferred:

Experience with Charles Schwab, American Express corporate accounts, or similar financial platforms. Fluency in Spanish.
