This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, outgoing, and fast-paced — and who enjoys being part of a hardworking, friendly team. Key Responsibilities:
Make and receive calls to and from established customers (no cold calling). Sell products over the phone and accurately input sales orders. Answer customer questions, respond to emails, and resolve order-related issues. Assist with social media content and engagement. Support warehouse operations, including pulling and packing orders and assisting in the showroom.
Requirements:
Friendly, positive attitude with excellent communication skills. Comfortable building rapport and making conversation over the phone. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Must be at least 20 years old.
Schedule:
Schedule 1 -
Monday-Friday:
7:00am-4:00pm Schedule 2 -
Monday/Wednesday:
9:00am-7:00pm (includes helping with inventory count after we close)
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday:
9:00am-4:30pm For both schedules, the employee must be able to work at least one Saturday per month (8:00am-2:00pm) and three Sundays during peak floral seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Memorial Day).

From $16.00 per hour
