Client Service Associate - Financial Advisory Firm St. George, Utah | Full-Time (~38 hours/week) About Us We are a family-owned financial advisory firm focused on building long-term client relationships through exceptional personal service. Our team includes three Certified Financial Planner™ professionals who work closely together to provide a high level of care, to the individuals and families we serve. We oversee significant client assets while maintaining a collaborative and personable office environment. We value trust, discretion, attention to detail, and strong relationships—both with our clients and within our team. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Client Service and Operations Associate to become an integral part of our office and support our advisory team in day-to-day operations. This role is best suited for someone who is excellent with details, enjoys helping others stay organized, and providing warm, professional client service. The position combines administrative support, scheduling, client communication, and operational follow-through. In our office environment, every team member plays an important role. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and takes pride in helping the office run smoothly. This is an in-office position. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct client phone calls professionally and warmly Assist advisors in managing calendars Process and track account paperwork, transfers, and client service requests Maintain organized and accurate client records within CRM systems Assist with follow-up items and help keep internal workflows on track Coordinate client communications and administrative tasks Help maintain an organized, responsive, and professional office environment Qualifications Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail Professional and friendly communication style. Patient and calm under stress Dependable, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities Comfortable working in a collaborative office environment where flexibility matters Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus Previous administrative, executive assistant, office management, or client service experience preferred Preferred but Not Required Experience in financial services, banking, or another professional services environment Interest in financial planning or the advisory industry Security license series 65 or other Bachelors degree or equivalent Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $62,000-$85,000+ , depending on experience Health insurance stipend/contribution
