We're looking for a Selection Specialist who can guide customers through that process with confidence, efficiency, and a great eye for design. This is a customer-facing, design-focused role where you'll work closely with both homeowners and builders to select flooring, tile, and finished for their projects. ————————

• What You'll Do You'll be the bridge between the customer and our sales team, owning the selection experience from start to finish.

Help customers choose:

Flooring (carpet, hardwood, LVP, laminate), Tile, grout colors, layout, colors, textures, and finishes that fit their space and lifestyle. Guide retail remodel clients and new construction buyers and builders Create a smooth, enjoyable, and efficient in-store experience Clearly and accurately document selections. Hand off finalized selections to the sales team to build estimates and close the deal Collaborate daily with sales reps as this role requires strong trust and teamwork ————————
