What You'll Do:

Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the repair process Communicate vehicle maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs Keep customers informed on vehicle status and repair timelines Build trust and long-term relationships with customers Help deliver an outstanding ownership experience

What We're Looking For:

Strong customer service and communication skills Automotive service advising experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-first mentality Strong organizational and follow-up skills
