Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join a premier organization located in Ashburn, VA. This role is offered as a full-time, project-based opportunity. To be considered, applicants should possess at least one year of sales experience and hold an Associate's degree in a relevant discipline. Primary Duties Process and verify incoming orders. Manage incoming inquiries via telephone and email. Resolve customer concerns, prepare quotes, and maintain RMA records. Ensure follow-up on sales activities and quotations to drive results. Generate requested reports as needed. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to oversee territory accounts, fostering stronger relationships to boost revenue and sales performance. Coordinate daily with the Regional Manager to organize workflows and establish task priorities. Maintain accurate records by updating account and opportunity data in our systems. Help maintain a positive and productive work environment for the entire team. Perform additional tasks as required. Required Proficiencies Excellence in customer support. Experience in territory-based sales. Background in outside sales.
